What do I do?

I believe it is important for an organization to create a positive workplace culture and set of values, in order to attract, engage, and retain the best talent.

In my role as an HR Advisor, I have coached people to develop their leadership, and increase their engagement. 
I advised organizations on performance, results, culture, and strategy.
To do this, I have facilitated workshops, training sessions, brainstorming sessions, and team building events.

In summary, I enabled people and businesses to work better. 

 

Why did organizations need my help?

My strategies and solutions were designed to challenge and inspire organizations' greatest asset – their people. My training programmes and advice helped improve performance, engagement, and retention, by:

Using my balanced, confidential, and confident approach, and based on extensive research, international and multicultural experience, as well as best practices, I devised customized solutions that achieved measurable results for specific challenges.
